The studio is 30 sqm aprox.
With its more than 3 meters high ceilings it feels much more spacious and in addition you have a small living room with an open kitchen.
For last there is an 80 sqm garden which has tanning beds, relaxing hammocks, a pergola with a table and chairs to eat underneath, and even an outdoor shower for the very hot days (Tel Aviv can have quite of those) The garden is shared with other 3 flats.
The studio is located on an upper level, it is not a hard climb.

The studio is equipped with all necessaries starting with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to cable T.V. 42 inch plasma, blow dryer to Israeli sim card (rechargeable and upon request); free phone for local calls & open for all incoming calls and obviously AC; we supply towels, for the beach as well, so you can travel light.
We can even supply a crib if necessary (let us know in advance)

In this life vivid urban area, we have renovated completely the suite apartment and the old style Neve Zedek building in which it’s located, as well as its enchanting back garden.
During the renovation process we tried to be as ¨green¨ as possible; all lights bulb are LED; water have a solar heating system; all house appliances are A grade (less energy consuming); when in need of electricity, boiler heating and bathroom heating are monitored by watch; and double glazed windows for better isolation.
